INGREDIENTS:
3 lbs. Chuck Roast/Pot Roast
3 Carrots
2 medium/small Onions
4 Garlic Cloves
2 tbs. Oil
2 tbs. Flour
1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
2 Cups Beef Stock
1 Cup Port Wine/ Sweet Wine
2 tbs.Worcestershire Sauce
3 Bay Leaves
Salt & Pepper to taste
Dried Rosemary & Thyme to taste
