The Holland Code came from Professor John Holland, a vocational psychologist, who devoted to helping people choose careers. After sixty years of research, he concluded with a work personality theory: The Six Work Types and personal Holland Code, which is very useful and successful in making career choices in the world.

The Truth is, we are all given unique "tools" (talents), to do unique type of work we are born to do. Finding out our talents and type, is the first step of good stewardship of our gifts (1 Peter 4:10)
