off of memory I think the materials used were,

1 sheet of 23/32" plywood
1 sheet of 1/2" OSB
8 ft of 2x8" board
20ft of 1x8" board
1 furring strip
2x 48" piano hinge
2 sheets of UHMW plastic
1 box of 2" deck screws
1 box of 18 gauge brads
1 box of 1" screws
1 box of 1/2" screws
wood glue
12x4 ft outdoor carpet
spray adhesive
2 keyhole plates
4x turnbuckles
4 anchor d-rings
2" L brackets



tools needed
! - absolutely necessary * - nice to have

circular saw!
jig saw!
drill!
palm sander*
oscillating tool*
table saw***** (would have made this job 5x faster)
drop saw!*(you could get away with a circ saw but it would take a looooooot longer)
staple gun!
drill bits!
step bit*
clamps*
work bench**
18 gauge brad nailer***
air compressor*

I don't have plans, I just watched some videos on YouTube and freeballed it. good luck!
