Building momentum and recent developments in U.S. prudential regulation relating to climate risk are requiring attention and focus from financial institutions. This panel convenes industry and regulatory practitioners to discuss current developments in climate change regulation for financial institutions. Panelists will cover overall trends in this area, recent climate risk management consultations from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, current developments in U.S. supervision, and the evolution of risk management tools and practices including scenario analysis and transition planning.
