I show you how to change / replace the battery on a BMW remote key. In this video i am have the remote to a 2018 BMW 545i but should also work for other models with 4 button remote like maybe the BMW X1 (2016-up), BMW X2 (2018 New), BMW X3 (2018 New), BMW X5 (2014-up), BMW X6 (2014-up), BMW 2 Series, BMW 5 Series (2018 New), BMW 6 Series (GT), BMW 7 Series (2016-up), some 3 series, etc.

Energizer Watch/Electronic Batteries, 3 Volts, 2032, 4 (2x2) Batteries (Lithium Button Cell): https://amzn.to/30xM2yH

You know when your battery is dead or starting to die when you remote not longer works or is starting to act funny where you have to keep pressing the same button over and over.

Note that I heard BMW dealerships charge upwards of $100+ for a battery replacement.
