Ingredients:
1 cup = 215 gr sticky rice/glutinous rice
1 link = 70 gr Chinese sausage
About 3/4 cup of water
1 stalk of scallions + 2 tsp olive oil
Fried shallots, crushed roasted peanuts, soy sauce and hot chilli pepper.
Pressure cooker, small rack, 1 cup of water, 7" stainless- steel bowl.
