A mosque provides a place for prayer and everyday community services. It is also a centre that provides an educational setting to learn more about Islam and for moral and spiritual development.

In rural communities, a mosque is more than a place of worship. They are a symbol of hope and the heart of community services.

By building a mosque, you will not only gain reward for providing a community with a place of worship; house of Allah, but also your sadaqah jariya will continue to benefit generations to come.

The Messenger of Allah SWT said: "When a man dies, his deeds come to an end except for three things; sadaqah jariya (ceaseless charity*), knowledge which is beneficial, or a virtuous descendant who prays for him (the deceased)." (Muslim)
*For example, a mosque or a water well.

The Messenger of Allah SWT also said: "Whoever constructs a masjid for Allah. Allah will construct a house for him in paradise." (Bukhari)

Dars Al Yowm Was created for the pleasure of Allah and his order to seek and pass on knowledge.
All care is taken to ensure each lesson is as prescribed by the Holy Quran and the Hadith of Prophet Muhammed s.a.w. and focuses on the fard and Sunnah acts.
It is hoped that through these lessons we may draw closer to Allah subhana wa ta ala and be deserving of his rewards.
