Mercedes GLS 2020 - first look reveals updated technology, exterior, and interior with the rest of the fleet. GLS is Mercede's largest and most luxurious SUV and, above all, offers more: more space, more comfort, more luxury. Among all, it is practical with massive trunk space offering 2400 l.

GLS 580 4Matic is an electrified V8 engine featuring EQ Boost - a 48V mild hybrid system. The V8 petrol engine produces 489 HP and 700 Nm of torque, while EQ Boost provides when needed additional 22 HP and 250 Nm of torque. V8 can launch this GLS, 0 - 100 (62) in 5.3 sec. and top speed is limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).

4Matc all-wheel drive is standard along with AirMatic air suspension system with Adaptive Damping System Plus, for more comfort while cruising or going on off-road adventure. GLS is fitted as standard with 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission.

New GLS will be available with two petrol and diesel engines. Diesel variants are only not available in the USA.

V8 580 - 489 HP

V6 350d - 286 HP
V6 400d - 330 HP

Entry price in German configurator for base diesel is 86K €, while strongest costs 90K €. The strongest petrol V8 variant costs 109K €.
