Are commercial properties seen as a good investment today? Commercial Properties are seen as a good investment because of its premium tenants.

The I Quadrant focuses a lot on social media marketing and getting people to their free Webinar and from there they will sell a course at the end.

The amount of money they throw on advertising is huge. If you actually go to the ad library. You will see how many variations they are running. Basically, they testing as many creatives as possible to see which ads gives them the greatest amount of clicks and website landing. I can imagine their ad budget is more than $10 dollars per day.

Let’s take a look at one of their advertisement. Basically, the whole video showed various Singaporean citing their fear of paying for an HDB and nothing is left afterwards. Anyway, once you are keen on how you can make your house an asset, you can drop by their free webinar to teach you how to make your house at asset.

So always remember, they will post a lot of content for people to click and watch their webinar.

No course can give you any money, only potential information to be applied in the future.

The I QUADRANT started in 2018 and they pride themselves in providing financial education about property investing. Basically, they are in the education business to educated you about how to invest in property to make a fortune, but they are not regulated by the Money Authority of Singapore, thus, if you act on any of their advice and suffered a financial loss, it’s your problem because they are there to educate not advice. Vice versa. If you make money, more business for them. So always remember they are in the education business, not a financial advisor.

All in all, to really get an unbias knowledge, you need to talk to many property agents, people, investors, and constantly look at as many deals as possible to decide your own plan. I believe every one financial situation is different, how can there be a one-sized fit it all approach? In the sense do your homework, and develop your own financial strategy.

Do let me know if my breakdown is wrong.

I am not a financial expert.
