MENU
BREAKFASTS
eggs, banana, bread rolls with 2 eggs
2 eggs with toast, drizzled with hot sauce
3 toast quiches with 1 banana

LUNCHES
2 black bean burgers with thin sliced Roma tomato on toast and side of French carrot salad
1 black bean burger on bread with side of fresh carrots

DINNERS
veggie chili Mac with 1 carrot cake muffin
minestrone soup with 1 carrot cake muffin
fried garlic pasta with side of cooked carrots and 1 carrot cake muffin


Carrot muffins (3 muffins)

1/2c shredded carrots - next time I would use a fine grate
1/2c flour
1/4c brown sugar
1/8tsp baking soda
1/8tsp baking powder
1/8tsp cinnamon
1/8tsp salt
1egg
1tsp oil
