Usually our goals are about reinventing mobility, but this time it was all about team spirit and sports. Within a 10 week training period, various team members from different departments, gender, age and career levels prepared themselves for the half marathon in Munich. Together with a professional training coach, the team did weekly workouts including cardio sessions, stabilization exercises and sprints. It was tough, fun and sweaty. At the end: Each team member made it to the finish line - not just because of the training sessions but also because of the team spirit. We lift each other up to strive forward and push ourselves to the (running) limit.
