Within Apple’s Health app, you can now add a broad list of your medications, set up recurring reminders, log meds as taken (with a time stamp), and share your medication list with those who may need access, such as loved ones and physicians. This is excellent news for those who often ask, “Wait, did I take my pills this morning, or am I thinking of yesterday morning?”
