These were taken from the StarVista DVD sets, which includes the original episodes rather than syndicated ones. This includes all but two, as StarVista claims the masters are presumed lost for the episodes Cell Mates and Mamas Boyfriend.

At some point in season two they stopped doing the Allister Quince scenes, and mostly start just like the later syndicated ones. All episodes have the dialogue sequences during the credits, and is a neat little extension. Its a shame they were cut from episodes.

In addition to these alternate intro & outros, several minutes were cut from each episode during this era. I'd recommend tracking down the StarVista DVDs, as the WB ones are strictly the syndicated masters still being used on TV today. (Also, the frame-rate is reduced on the WB box-set. This makes it rather jittery/laggy looking comparatively.)

For compressions sake, these were all upscaled to 1440p.
