A Mother's Day gift video.

INGREDIENTS:
8 g salt [1.6%]
20 g sugar [6%]
500 g strong white flour (12.5% protein) [100%]
5 g instant dry yeast [1%]
350 g whole milk [70%]

PROCEDURE:
1 - Into a bowl, add salt, sugar, flour, and yeast - mix to combine;
2 - Make a well, and add the warm milk;
3 - Mix with a fork until you get a blob, cover with a cloth or cling film and allow it to ferment in the oven with the light on;
4 - When it has fermented, plop the dough into a greased bread pan and press the top with a fork until is completely flat;
5 - Cover again with a cloth and let it ferment again;
6 - When the dough is almost done fermenting, start to heat up your oven;
7 - When the oven is hot and the bread is fermented, bake it at 180ºC / 350ºF until is done.

NOTES
1 - Whole milk is necessary, so I don’t recommend lower-fat kinds;
2 - You can add up to 400 g of whole milk, if you wish;
3 - If using fresh yeast, use 15 g of it. In that case, add salt, sugar and flour, then mix, make a well, add warm milk and break the yeast cube.
