- Topical Eye Drop Cyclosporin A (Brand names Restasis and Cequa)
- Topical Eye Drop Azithromycin (Brand name Azasite)
- Oral Doxycycline

Omega 3 fatty acids: Many studies suggest omega 3s can help with Meibomian gland dysfunction and dry eye symptoms in general. However, there are also studies that show no benefit. Despite the mix of study results, many dry eye specialists do recommend improving the diet and omega 3 supplements for dry eye and overall eye health (good for the retina as well).
