HEARTSTEEL is a new epic skin for Aphelios that was released in November 2023. This epic LOL skin features a brand new set of visual effects for Aphelios, as well as a total makeover of his looks. This skin is part of the skinline that represents the virtual boy band Heartsteel.

Heartsteel Aphelios costs 1350 RP, and can be purchased from the League of Legends store.
