The Nissan Titan full-size pickup has been updated for 2020. Sales of the Nissan Titan have been falling over the past year, down 37% in 2019 in the US market and down 48% in Canada. Part of that is Nissan building down the old inventory but the reality is this truck is the last place contender in this class. For 2020, in the Canadian market Nisan is going with one body available, the crew cab with a 5.5ft bed and just one engine. The 5.6L V8 engine has been tuned to produce 400hp but on premium fuel, the same engine will produce 390hp on regular. Also, a new 9-speed automatic transmission has been added to vastly improve mid-speed acceleration. The interior of the Nissan Titan fill-size pickup truck has been updated to include the largest base infotainment screen in this class. The base unit is 8-inches or an optional 9-inch unit, both come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Pro4X model gets 18-inch black wheels, all-terrain tires, Bilstien shocks and a locking rear differential. The Nissan Titan is no longer offered with the Cummins V8 diesel engine, only one gasoline engine is offered.
