Let me rewrite the plot: They've been secretly together for a year because Tabitha didn't want anyone to know she was a lesbian and after a year in the relationship Moe gets tired of being a secret, so talk to Tabi and tell her that if she wanted her relationship continued she had to say around that she was with a girl.
Tabitha doesn't say anything, so Moe leaves her.
After a few months Tabitha finds a boyfriend even though she isn't in love with him, she stays there for a long time, only to forget Moe.
