After such massive success with the Navigator, #Lincoln is looking to capture that magic in a slightly smaller package. For 2020, the #Aviator name returns but this time is has nothing to do with the current generation Ford Explorer. Built of a new rear-drive premium SUV architecture that will also underpin the next generation Explorer, this new 7 or 8-passenger full SUV luxury SUV will compete with cars like the new BMW X7, Audi Q7, and Mercedes-Benz GLS. At launch, the standard engine will be a 400 HP twin-turbo V6 with the plug-in hybrid model upping the power to 450 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque.
