This is the first webinar in the Centre for Workplace Excellence’s (CWeX) four-part series focusing on “The critical role of line managers – the unsung heroes of our workplaces”.

This first webinar focused on “Line managers as accidental people managers”. The webinar was hosted by Shane Farley, Head of Community, Sustainability & Communications at Beyond Bank and featured Bradley Distinguished Professor Carol Kulik (as the academic expert) and Sylvia Powell, Executive Manager People & Culture at Resthaven (as the industry expert). Their discussion focused on line managers’ involvement in organisations’ onboarding, retention, and reward activities.
