Every day for 30 days I committed 30 to 60 minutes of stretching specifically for the splits. I followed those videos that say “how to do the splits in one day” (yes debunked those). Then I also reached out to stretching professionals that gave me specific stretches for the splits. To see if I could turn my inflexible beginner self into a flexible person that can do the splits... watch to see if I did it
