The purpose of this meeting is to provide information and receive comments on which transportation projects may be coming to your area. The Odessa District includes Andrews, Crane, Ector, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Reeves, Terrell, Upton, Ward and Winkler counties. A presentation, materials for review, and opportunity for comment will be available. Comments must be received on or before Monday, May 13 2024, to be part of the public meeting record.
