"Everyday BBQ Slow Cooker Chicken Kiev"

INGREDIENTS NEEDED (amounts are what I made for our family of 4 and having leftovers)
- 4 Large Potatoes Sliced Chunky
- 2 to 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 4 to 5 large trimmed & cut chicken breasts
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp pink sea salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp chives
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 stick of butter cut into pads (place on top)

Directions: ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE PREPARING ANY FOOD RECIPES. USE FOOD GRADE GLOVED WHEN NEEDED TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION OR SICKNESS.

Trim and cut your Chicken Breasts to your liking and cut potatoes to your liking. Spray slow cooker with non-stick spray, turn on low setting (you can use high if you want, but I find the meat retains more flavor when cooker at the lower temp setting). Place chicken & potatoes into slow cooker, along with 2-3 cups of chicken broth enough to cover the bottom of the cooker and about half way up the chicken. Add all remaining ingredients and cook on either low (recommended) for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Be sure to stir occasionally gently. SERVE AND ENJOY any way you like! We like it with rice especially!
