To prepare a lazy pilaf in the sleeve:

Chicken hips-600-700 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Garlic-1-2 heads
Seasoning for pilaf-2-3 tsp. (I have a seasoning without salt)
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Parked rice-1.5 cups (270-280 g)
Water - 2 cups (400 g)
Salt, black pepper - to taste


1. Cut chicken hips into portions. Finely chop the onion. Carlerate carrots. Grind a few cloves of garlic. Mix meat with onions, carrots and garlic.
2. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with seasoning. Pay attention to the composition of the seasoning, if there is salt there, then salt accordingly.
3. Rick rice well. Add 1 tbsp to it. vegetable oil, seasoning for pilaf, whole cloves of garlic, salt to taste. To mix everything. Each risinka will be covered with a thin layer of vegetable oil, and thus the rice will turn out to be friable.
4. Put rice in the sleeve. In the center, put one head of garlic, washed well in advance. Put meat with vegetables in rice, pour 2 cups of water at room temperature into the sleeve. Fix the second side of the baking sleeve.
