I filmed this chat in January, when I was in the middle of a very tough work project. Just sharing some thoughts and realizations I've had on my self-love journey around being happy alone, dating myself and being the kind of partner I hope to have one day. Chatting with y'all is very cathartic for me and I really hope if you're going through a breakup / separation / divorce / self-love journey, it helps to at least not feel alone :)
