This customer did some research on post repair inspections and found us after picking up his vehicle from a AAA referral shop. He assumed that because they were approved by his insurance company that they would perform safe and proper repairs, sadly that wasn't the case, as we find this type of repair far too often. Without having to dismantle this vehicle we found enough flaws and unsafe repairs that when AAA inspected this vehicle after paying their referral shop to fix it, they totaled it and bought it back from our customer.
This is a perfect example why it is so important to chose a repair facility that works for you and not your insurance company. We hear all the time that "my insurance company made me go there".
REMEMBER***Insurance companies have no say in where your vehicle goes for repairs!
Do you research and chose a repair facility that is your advocate for safe and proper repairs. Not one that is controlled by your insurance company! Who do you think benefits from that relationship!! It's not you!!!
