In-depth technical discussion with bike designer Vlad Yordinov covering the entire process of taking an original CAD design for a downhill mountain bike frame through to a fitted out, race-ready prototype.

Working with Easy Composites from the start of the project, this video includes footage and discussion of CNC machining the epoxy pattern, creation of the moulds, layup of the bike frame sections and finally demould and assembly of the finished bike. All materials and equipment used in the making of this award-winning frame were supplied by Easy Composites.
