My AWD Tesla Model 3 came with the Pedestrian Warning System that was mandated by the NHTSA for electric vehicles. Currently it is obnoxiously loud and I do not want it active on my car. So we look at ways to muffle the sound and even go as far as disconnecting the speaker. If you go this route, definitely buy an isolation kit (Only $9.99) to ensure that the speaker and wires going to it are safely capped. Otherwise dirt and water could get into them causing issues. Easily reversible for when Tesla allows users to select from sounds and hopefully adjust the sound level.
