We recently bought a used Tesla Model S and need to have three childrens seats in the rear seat. It is possible to get three in a row back there with our set-up including a rear facing in the center. We have to use the seatbelts built into the car to hold all the seats in because the side seats do not hook into the anchors easily. The seat anchors seem a little off center. Also, the center seat is not supposed to use the anchors per the manual.
