Freak Athlete Nordic Bench

The Nordic Hyper GHD has 9 Nordic curl regressions starting at 45 degrees.

The Nordic curls are done at full range of motion which I believe are more beneficial than partial Nordics.

It regression goes down in 5 degree increments until you get to a flat nordic curl bench.

You can also do decline nordic curls if you're a beast!

Decline Sit Up Bench

The decline set up allows you to do sit ups and leg raises.

Handles on the footplate make it easy to get into position and hang on while doing leg raises

Lower Back Extension Machine

With the Freak Athlete Nordic Hyper GHD, I can do 90 degree and 45 degree hyperextensions.

The length of the back extension machine hip pad has 12 settings that can be adjusted to fit users between 5 feet and 7 feet tall.

The hip pad is adjustable to create an opening that makes it comfortable for guys to avoid crushing their jewels while doing back extensions.

GHD/Reverse Hyper

The GHD set up is the same as the 90 degree back extension except you're adding the GHD pad.

This same GHD can be used for reverse hypers.

These are non-pendulum reverse hyperextensions.

You can use resistance bands to make them more challenging.

Hip Thrust Machine

The hip thrust bench set up uses one of the leg rollers.

This can also be used for Bulgarian split squats
