On March 24, 1603, in the early hours of the morning, Queen Elizabeth 1st of England passed away. Nicknamed the Virgin Queen, Gloriana, Good Queen Bess, and Faerie Queen disappeared after a reign of more than 44 years - then the longest in the history of the country.
