This guided, 10-minute workout is designed to help improve the control and coordination of your eye muscles after a stroke. These exercises are best for survivors who have weakness of the eye muscles leading to trouble with blurry vision, double vision, or trouble focusing.

This workout isn't for survivors who have a visual field cut. You won’t need any special equipment for this workout. Consult with a neuro eye specialist first to make sure these exercises are right for you.
