When I decided to set this laser up, I had made up my mind that I was not going to do an unboxing setup video. I was just going to show the finished product. Boy, am I glad I changed my mind.

Becareful when watching all these other reviews. Most all their units were sent to them to review. I am sure those units were tested as the factory before being sent and if the person doing the review has issues, they recieved special treatment. You have to provide customer service with your information, which I am sure they look to see if you are one of thier review customers, just and average guy, like myself.
True reviews, should come from a regular vendor or supplier of that product, so it can be reviewed just as the average customer would purchase it.

Just as a note, I have reached out to Atezr about my issues and I waiting for a response.
I have also reached out to the eBay seller who I purchased this from. I am still waiting for a reply from them.

I will do a follow-up video on this when I have more information. I was going to wait, but I thought it was important for everyone to be aware that not all setups are as easy as you see in most YouTube videos.

UPDATE #1 1/13/2024
After several emails back and forth, they finally decided they would send me a replacement screen and board. That was almost two weeks ago. I still have not received any information as to when I will receive these parts even after a few different requests for intended shipping information.
Going on two weeks after first contacting them about the issues with this machine and still no closer to having it fixed.

UPDATE #2 1/20/2024
On Jan 3, 2024 Ebay seller informed me that replacement parts would be shipped to him, than to me.
After a few failed attempts to get an expected ship/delievery date I messaged the Ebay Seller/Atezr Customer service rep (same person) on Jan 15th I messaged the seller that I wanted to return the unit for a full refund, concidering I did not know id it would ever get repaired and the return window was closing in. On Jan 16 he messaged me back with the shipping information, which was just generated on Jan 16, and shipping from China.
As of today, Jan 20, the shipping information shows it ready for shipment, but has not left the facility
