After majoring in math in college, Monisha Sharma (WG'15) joined General Electric’s financial management program, which took her on assignments in Asia and into the field of risk management. She later transitioned to the Royal Bank of Canada where she worked on IT finance and operational projects until her current role in mutual funds strategy. She says she came to Wharton’s EMBA program for its international reputation and to learn how to lead businesses into change.
