The Audi Q3, the four-ringed brand's smallest SUV available today in the U.S., is expected to undergo a full redesign and enter its third generation later this year. Competing with the BMW X1, Lexus UX, and the Volvo XC40, the next-gen Audi Q3 is expected in two hybrid variants: mild-hybrid and plug-in hybrid.
