3/29/24 - In the book, A Course In Miracles, Jesus invites us to see Palm Sunday as the day we decide to make our journey home. We are surrounded by the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, and all the angels! They are celebrating our decision to return home in our own minds. Everything is bursting with joy, knowing we will succeed! The street before us is paved with gleaming silver so we can see our way home clearly.

Then Easter Sunday marks the end of our journey. We are home at last in our minds! We stayed the course, dropping all illusions of separation and suffering to see only what is real, just like our brother Jesus who has given us his hand to help us along our way. He tells us he is the way because he travelled the road to resurrection before us.

In case you have any doubts, your success in reaching Heaven was written in the stars! Jesus tells us that it is impossible for any of God’s children to miss going home. He says this, “The outcome is as certain as God.” The only variable is how long it will take us; that depends on how many detours we make along the way. Those are unimportant because time is an illusion. We may doubt along the way, but all our fears and doubts can be laid aside because God is the guarantor of our final outcome.
