We caught up with acclaimed Spanish chef José Pizarro in his restaurant in the RA, to find out his thoughts on our blockbuster exhibition Spain and the Hispanic World.

The show, which explores 4000 years of Spanish and Hispanic art and culture, runs until April 10 2023.
