-Chicken thigh 600g

-Onion 2 (280-300g)
-Ginger 10g (as peeled)

-Water 200ml
-Kombu 4g (Or MSG 2g)
-Soy sauce 5tbsp (75ml)
-Sugar 1tbsp (15g)
-Mirin 2tbsp (30ml)
-Sake 2tbsp (30ml)
