Custom Material Viewport Display Colors

In this quick Blender tutorial, we will learn how to give a material a custom viewport display color. By default, all materials are white in solid mode. It's nice to be able to see which materials are where in a scene - even in solid mode.

We can do this individually for each material with a simple setting in the material properties panel. Different materials can display as different colors in the viewport while in Object Mode. We can even make the colors metallic and adjust its roughness.
