The original #Honda #Passport ran from 1994-2002 and it was nothing more than just a rebadged Isuzu Rodeo. Looking to fill an empty space in their US lineup, Honda saw an opportunity to revive the Passport name only this time, they took the well received Pilot/Odyssey/Ridgeline platform and shorted the rear overhang by over 6 inches. Also increasing the ride height by nearly an inch, Honda is claiming the new Passport isn't the old one you remembered, but it also begs the question, is this new version more than just a shortened Pilot? #HondaPassport
