There have been cases where people ended up killing themselves over the humiliation and the abuse they suffered at the hands of parents, family members, friends, and colleagues. Mufti Menk highlights the importance of communication with others around us and asks us to always safeguard our tongues and refrain from using abusive and hateful speech even when disagreeing with someone.
