Ingredients:

- 350g potato
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 eggs
- 3 tbsp cooking oil


Step by step:

Slice three potatoes.

Fill with water and leave for 10 minutes.

Slice one small onion.

Drain and pat the potatoes dry with paper towels.

Mix the potatoes and onions together.

Turn the stove on to low heat and grease a skillet with oil.

Sprinkle the potatoes and onions into the skillet.

Cook for about 25-30 minutes, stirring gently from time to time.

Beat in 5 eggs.

Add salt to taste.

Now mix everything together: fried potatoes and onions and eggs.

Turn on the stove to minimum heat and grease a skillet with oil.

Spread the mixture on the pan and flatten it out.

Cover with a lid and cook for about 20 minutes.

Then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
