Go to the Hebra Tower, jump east, play bowling and get a strike. Receive 300 rupees

4:00 Meat Farming (Cooking vs. Roasting)
Kill everything thing in site cook or roast all the meat you get then sell it all.

5:30 Ancient Core Glitch

Save the game, Flip a dead guardian and keep saving and loading until an ancient core pops out.
Drag the guardian really far until ancient parts pour out. Collect everything and sell.

Each method does depend how far you are in the game, and what equipment you have, but should still do the one that you enjoy =)
This is research that I've done. Everything isn't perfect, and if I did lots more rounds, I might get everything exact, but you get the idea of each method.
