Inspired by Falaise Pocket, today's cinematic storytelling comes from the Western Front in 1944. The Germans are on the run, to escape the Allied onslaught, but the time runs out. The American and British combined assault, supported by the Canadian and Polish tank divisions, encircle the Germans, ending the Normandy campaign, and liberating Paris. The destruction of the German Army Group is imminent.
