This is part 3 in the ATLA meditation series! Air nomads have much wisdom and it was lovely being able to write this from a nomad’s point of view. This meditation takes you to an air temple high in the clouds. Have you ever wanted to be an Airbender?
Avatar: The Last Airbender holds a place of nostalgia for many of us. It's always been my safe space whenever I've needed one. For that reason I felt like we could all benefit from a guided meditation that reminds us not only of ATLA, but also reminds us to value ourselves and our mental health.
