In this video I drive my Mercedes SL 63 AMG from the UK to Monaco with a luxury stop over in Geneva, Switzerland, a supercar road trip of over 1400km.

My Mercedes SL 63 AMG had only 100 miles on the clock before this supercar road trip. It was the perfect way to run in my Mercedes SL 63 AMG before I set off for a Supercar Rally to Spain.

I choose this car to take on this European road trip out of my supercar collection as it is a great GT for long journeys, also a roadster which is great for roof-off driving through the mountains. I was not sure on how the Mercedes SL 63 AMG would handle on the bendy mountain roads, as it was my first road trip in the supercar. To my surprise, the SL 63 AMG handled the mountain roads exceptionally well and was leaving many supercars behind. The carbon ceramic brakes were excellent for allowing me to break as late as possible. With the new aerodynamics, rear wheel steering, it made the supercar feel like a track beast with the added benefit of being a roadster.

In Geneva, I stayed at the luxury Four Seasons, Hotel de Bergues. A superb hotel with great customer service and luxurious rooms. In Monaco I stayed at my favourite hotel, Hotel de Paris before setting off for the supercar rally from Cannes to Marbella, The Torque Rally.
