SERIVCE: Velotric has a physical service network which most direct-to-consumer brands lack. They've assured us that they strive to respond to any service emails or phone calls within 48hrs.

FIRMWARE and UPDATES: All eBikes, EVs, and devices with always-connected computers and over-the-air updates introduce some risk of malfunction or hacking. Conversely they can continue to improve and offer other advantages including tracking, locking, and fingerprint recognition. The T1 1ST is similar to this bike but without some of those technologies and we think that is a smart move from Velotric to offer the level of technology which is appropriate for a variety of buyers.
