Hiking Tenaja Falls via Morgan Trailhead, El Cariso Village, CA

There is an easy way to hike to the falls, however, that involves a long drive along a narrow forest road just to get to the parking area. The alternative is to make the easy drive to the Morgan Trailhead in exchange for a more challenging hike. Although being more challenging, it is also more rewarding. The scenery is good, despite many long stretches of open bush lands in between the highlights. The trail gets more green and almost jungle like when approaching the falls. The waterfall is challenging to photograph, but is doable if willing to put in the effort and risk. All totaled, this was a surprisingly nice hike to go with a decent amount of time and effort.
