What has made 'establishing your bench height' confusing and more complicated is the over-abundance of online information based on little, if anything, more than opinions. It's not scientific and neither can anyone else determine your bench height for you because many factors determine the best bench height for each individual.

Most theories out there are little more than opinions, so I put this video out to try to counter some of the erroneous information. I hope it helps, and you need to experiment just a little to get it right for you.
