On my 1998 Chevy Silverado Full Size pickup truck, I replaced the driver's side door handle about 8 years ago on this truck, and it seems it is time again. After losing the inside bolt, both the lock cylinder and door opening rod fell off, so I am pretty much stuck repairing those again. In this video, I go step by step on taking apart the door to remove the handle and reinstall the handle, including the re-installation of all hardware. Should be the same with most Chevrolet and GMC pickup trucks from 1988 to 1998.
